Delivery Appointments

Appointment Procedure

  • All deliveries require an appointment, regardless of size or pallet count.
  • All delivery appointments must be made through the online booking website. Delivery appointments will not be accepted by phone or email.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after booking is completed.

Delivery Policies

  • Upon arrival, drivers must check in.
  • Deliveries that arrive without a scheduled appointment will not be received.

Please Note

  • Appointment start times represent the time the delivery should arrive at United Packaging. The appointment duration does not represent an arrival window. Duration of appointments accounts for total time it takes United Packaging to process delivery, not only the time it takes to unload pallets.
  • All delivery arrivals have a 15-minute grace period from the appointment’s start time. Any deliveries that arrive after the grace period will be received as time permits.
